The choice of venue for 'Funeral Lunches or Teas’ is very important. Over the years I have spent in the business I have built up a small selection of suitable venues which I can recommend.

These are:-

THE IMPERIAL HOTEL, LLANDUDNO (877466), THE MERRION HOTEL, LLANDUDNO (860022), THE ROSE TOR HOTEL, LLANDUDNO (870433), THE LILLY, LLANDUDNO (876513), AND the THE RHOS FFYNACH, RHOS-ON-SEA (548185).

It is not usually until the day before the funeral, that one has a good idea of how many guests will attend. This may seem like very short notice, but the Hotels recommended are fairly flexible to within 5 to 10 people.

The expense of such a function obviously depends on what you require. For instance, a simple afternoon tea may cost approximately £6:50 per head, a buffet £8:75 to £15:50 per head and a funeral lunch from £10:50 per head upwards.

Alcoholic drinks are available at all these Hotels.
